With over 18 years of experience in manufacturing and corporate gifting, I’ve worked extensively in the luggage and institutional gifting segment. As a former Director at Kaps Luggage Pvt. Ltd., I led product development, operations, and strategic collaborations, including large-scale white-label production and exclusive partnerships with global brands for pan-India distribution.

My journey includes working with top international names like Malaga, Samsonite, ToniQ, and tag8, and handling high-volume gifting solutions for corporate clients across India. I’ve also gained 8 years of global exposure in Gulf countries including Dubai, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Iran, and Jordan—sharpening my expertise in product innovation, vendor management, and timely execution.

At 10X, I bring this hands-on industry insight to drive quality, efficiency, and customer success.

With a unique blend of aviation and corporate gifting experience, I bring over a decade of global exposure to 10X. I began my career as a Senior Cabin Crew Member with Singapore and Emirates Airlines, where I honed my skills in hospitality, customer service, and international communication.

Transitioning into the corporate gifting space, I’ve led end-to-end manufacturing and distribution of premium products like trolley bags, laptop bags, silver coins, and customized merchandise. I’ve successfully managed large-scale projects for leading Indian brands, ensuring precision, quality, and timely delivery.

Currently, I oversee our international client relationships in Singapore and the Philippines, regularly operating from our Manila office to ensure seamless service and client satisfaction.
