Sealing Samples

Once the samples are prepared as per the customer’s exact requirements, we carefully seal them with a sample lock. This sealed sample becomes the benchmark, and all subsequent production is carried out strictly according to this approved standard to ensure consistency and reliability.

Raw Material Inspection

To ensure premium quality, our raw material team inspects every batch before it enters the warehouse. Each material is checked for color, texture, and quantity, making sure it matches the customer’s exact order requirements.

Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

Clear production operation instructions are placed on the desk of each worker. These SOPs include process requirements, material specifications, images, control points, and self-inspection guidelines—helping every worker maintain precision and consistency throughout the production cycle.

Finished Product Inspection

After the sewing process, every bag passes through a needle detection machine to ensure safety and eliminate risks of broken needles or metal debris. Products are then moved to our finished product inspection workshop, where quality experts cut off defective items for rework or repair, while qualified products proceed to packaging.

Packing Inspection

All products are packaged strictly according to the customer’s packaging requirements. After passing the final packing check, the goods are dispatched for delivery—ensuring they reach clients in perfect condition.
